Store Presentation Health Check

  1. Have you spent less than $1000 on your store presentation in the last 12 months?
  2. Do you expect to spend less on marketing this year than last year?
  3. Are there any light bulbs in your store that need replacing ?
  4. Are there any stains on the ceiling in your store?
  5. Is there any handwritten signage in your store (out of order, labels, sales signs etc)?
  6. Are there any posters / promotional material in your store fixed with cellotape or blue tac?
  7. Are there more than 3 items on your customer service counter (excluding till and eftpos terminal)?
  8. Have you noticed a decline in either customer numbers or sales in the last 6 months?
  9. Do you have a lease negotiation to undertake in the next 12 months (rent review, renewal, searching for new premises etc)?
  10. Has it been more than 2 years since the interior of your store was last upgraded?
If you answered yes to 2 or more of the above questions, you are not maximizing the sales potential from your store.
